CHild’s pose: a Grounding exercise

Child’s pose is just one way to ground your energy. What I mean by that is that on the days when you are bumping into and dropping everything, there’s a good chance that you need to ground and rebalance your energy. In those moments use child’s pose to recenter and begin again.
