CHild’s pose: a Grounding exercise

Child’s pose is just one way to ground your energy. What I mean by that is that on the days when you are bumping into and dropping everything, there’s a good chance that you need to ground and rebalance your energy. In those moments use child’s pose to recenter and begin again.

We do not to be mean or angry with the re-establishment of our boundaries, but we do need to understand that we deserve them.

If you are tired, drained, and need some space, it is a sign that you need to re-establish boundaries. You deserve this.
