Since today is just one of the many holidays in the month of December, I will discuss a self care tool that everyone can do today, whether celebrating or not, and honestly this is a tool that can be done any day for that matter…

Making time for you…or time for you and your pet…or with your chosen loved ones…can be a healing and relaxing moment in the midst of the holiday craze.

 

You choose the movie - holiday, comedy, drama, or maybe even a scary movie – whatever feels good to your soul in the moment - Do. It. Up.

 

Give yourself some time for comfy clothes…maybe some popcorn and hot chocolate…and a good movie.

 

This self care tool is really appropriate for anytime of the year…a Tuesday night, a Saturday night, and even a holiday!
